This is one of three QIP Summaries published by Ontario Health in 2025, based on the 2025-26 QIP submissions.
Equityin Interprofessional Primary Care shares insights from the Equity section of the 302 Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) submitted by interprofessional primary care teams for 2025/26., which includes the following indicators:
- % of staff who have completed relevant EIDAR
- % of sociodemographic data complete
- Average number of participants attending traditional teaching, healing, or ceremony
- % of eligible clients who received mental health care care from a traditional provider
The infosheet provides current aggregate data for these indicators from all primary health care models, as well as data on the uptake of equity indicators among primary health care teams, a list of common EIDAR training mentioned, and lists of commonly mentioned barriers and enablers
