# About PIP™.
The Planning for Implementation Practice© (PIP) workshop offers a clear and practical introduction to implementation planning that is applicable across innovations, settings, and sectors. Designed for those working in health, mental health, education, and allied sectors, this workshop introduces participants to the core elements of evidence-based implementation using a structured, evidence-informed, case-based approach.
Participants will be guided through The Implementation Roadmap© (TIR) - a planning tool grounded in implementation science - by working through a detailed, real-world case example. This case-based format allows participants to explore each phase of the Roadmap, reflect on how the concepts apply in practice, and build confidence in using the TIR approach. Each participant will receive a digital copy of the TIR to support future implementation planning in their settings.
Implementation planning is a collaborative group activity that is conducted by an implementation team. As such, participants will not be planning their own implementation endeavour in this workshop but will leave with a structured approach they can use with their teams after the workshop.
