Health care teams and community members who provide care to people with sickle cell disease are invited to join our next Sickle Cell Disease Community of Practice webinar on May 13, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. This session will focus on Community Voices in Sickle Cell Disease Care.
In this session, we will discuss the community advocacy perspectives and highlight practical, actionable insights for clinicians, health care teams, care partners, and people living with sickle cell disease across Ontario. Speakers will include representatives from the Sickle Cell Awareness Group of Ontario (SCAGO) and the Sickle Cell Association of Ontario (SCAO).
Primary care and specialist physicians can receive continuing medical education credits for attending the webinar.
