A research team led by Dr. Agnes Grudniewicz at the University of Ottawa has developed an online survey to document how primary care clinics are managed.

 They are conducting this survey to learn about and document approaches to primary care clinic/centre management in British Columbia, Ontario, and Nova Scotia as part of a larger study funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and led by Dr. Agnes Grudniewicz from the University of Ottawa. 

This survey will identify gaps in resources and policy supports for the administration and management of primary care clinics/centres. Survey results will be presented to policymakers to increase their awareness of the administrative burdens you face. Best practices will be identified and shared with the primary care community.

To be eligible to complete the survey, you need to hold all or most of the responsibility for the administration and management of a primary care clinic or centre. The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete and enquires about management of infrastructure, staff, information/technology, and finance. Feel free to forward the survey to the most appropriate person in your clinic.
