This session will introduce Ontario Health’s recently released Eating Disorders quality standard and describe how it can drive quality improvement and improve care for Ontarians across the health system.
#Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Better understand what Ontario Health Quality Standards are, how and why they are developed, and where to access them
- Recognize the nine key areas for improvement for eating disorder care in Ontario
- Discuss the importance of providing equitable, evidence-based care for people with an eating disorder in Ontario
- Identify opportunities to implement the quality statements to improve care for people with an eating disorder and their families and caregivers
