#Overview

Small changes. Big impact. Safer care.

Join Healthcare Excellence Canada, October 23-27, to explore a new approach to safer care and how we can all make an even bigger difference every day.

Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming—let’s start with a week of important conversations

Too many people experience unintended physical and psychological harms, including those caused by culturally unsafe care.

Change is needed. Even small changes can have a big impact when it comes to delivering safer care. Small things like asking a question. Having a quick conversation.

Or proactively taking action. That’s all part of a new approach to patient safety grounded in exploring, learning and acting to create safer care and reduce all forms of harm.

Exploring this new approach is the focus of Canadian Patient Safety Week (CSPW) 2023.

#Who should register?

CPSW is for everyone involved in delivering or receiving care. Let’s talk about how we can be curious, collaborative and proactive to co-create safer care and reduce all forms of healthcare harm together.
