This year we are combining the DMC and Quality Improvement Professional Learning Events into a one-day session. 

Staff involved with data or quality improvement will find this day exciting as it utilizes different formats to showcase the importance of data. Come and explore ways to use your data to inform improvement efforts and connect with peers from across the province.

This event is for Alliance members only. It will be especially relevant for data management professionals, program managers, quality managers, and anyone else whose role includes data management or QI.

Early Bird Rate:$275+HST (Valid Until: Friday September 25, 2026) 

Regular Rate:$300+HST

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing before Thursday October 1, 2026, at 5 PM, and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  No refund of payment will be given for cancellations received after Thursday October 1, 2026, 5 PM.

Registrants have the option to transfer their registration to another individual, provided that written notification of the transfer is sent to QI@allianceon.org.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO DISCLAIMER

By attending the event, attendees consent to the filming, photography, and recording of their likeness during the event. Alliance for Healthier Communities reserves the right to use these images and recordings in its communications. If attendees have concerns about their image being used, they should notify Alliance staff during the event.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Alliance has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms, at a rate of $199 plus tax. These rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis.
