Alliance Members Rate:
- $275+HST - Early Bird (Until Monday August 31st 2026)
- $300+HST - Regular Rate (As of September 1st 2026)
Non-Members Rate:
- $350+HST
# CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing before Friday September 4, 2026, at 5 PM, and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refund of payment will be given for cancellations received after September 4, 2025, at 5 PM. Registrants have the option to transfer their registration to another individual, provided that written notification of the transfer is sent to privacy@allianceon.org.
# PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO DISCLAIMER
By attending the event, attendees consent to the filming, photography, and recording of their likeness during the event. Alliance for Healthier Communities reserves the right to use these images and recordings in its communications. If attendees have concerns about their image being used, they should notify event staff during the event.
# HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Alliance has negotiated a group rate for a limited number of hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport, 970 Dixon Road, Toronto, Ontario M9W 1J9.
In order to secure the discounted rate, rooms must be booked by the cut-off date: Wednesday September 9, 2026 - 3:00PM.
Reminder: The number of discounted rooms are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.
Discounted Room Rate: $183+Taxes and Fees. Hotel room rates are subject to change and are applicable to local taxes and fees (Currently, 13% HST and 6% MAT (Municipal Accommodations Tax).
