Needs assessment for substance use health

META:PHI is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health as the organizational hub of Ontario’s Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinics. Our mission is to promote the delivery of high-quality care for people who use substances through education and clinical guidance, RAAM clinic support, and health system integration and advocacy.

For the last several years META:PHI has offered monthly webinars in addition to an annual virtual conference, covering a range of topics related to substance use health.

We are seeking input to ensure that future educational offerings continue to be relevant to health care providers from a variety of roles and practice settings in Ontario. Our survey will take about 5 minutes to complete.

This survey is open to health care providers in Ontario (physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, peer workers, counsellors, case managers, pharmacists, administrators).
