# Introduction

Welcome to an important exploration of the voices and experiences of Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) in Ontario's primary care settings. As vital contributors to healthcare, your unique perspectives are crucial in understanding the challenges and opportunities within the system. This study seeks to explore your lived experiences, aiming to highlight the factors that influence your professional practice and identify ways to enhance integration and effectiveness.

# Research Questions

  1. To what extent do IENs perceive they are enacting their full scope of nursing practice in the primary care setting?
  2. What do IENs perceive as the barriers and facilitators to the full scope of practice enactment?

# Benefits
