Ce symposium est présenté par les chercheurs du réseau d'apprentissage basé sur la pratique SPIDER pour la déprescription.  

Symposium SPIDER* virtuel : Ce symposium présentera certains des enseignements tirés de SPIDER Deprescribing, une étude en cours, pancanadienne et basée sur la pratique. Les présentations mettront en évidence les apprentissages des différentes équipes de l'étude, les expériences des patients partenaires, et la valeur de l'approche d'apprentissage basée sur la pratique de SPIDER, ainsi que le potentiel de mise à l'échelle et de diffusion.

Join OCO for a special virtual event in celebration of caregivers and National Caregiver Day. This year’s theme, “We Care,” celebrates the work of individuals who have made outstanding contributions to improving the lives of caregivers in Ontario.

At this event, we’ll honour the invaluable contributions caregivers make to our communities and healthcare system, and present the inaugural Janet Beed Impact Award. We’ll also share insights about caregiving and more on the work of The Ontario Caregiver Organization.

This webinar is presented by Healthcare Excellence Canada (HEC) The second webinar in this two-part series presents key promising practices that are improving access to safe, including culturally safe, high-quality team-based primary care in northern, rural and remote communities.
