Webinar: Avoiding AI Psychosis

This webinar is presented by Future of Good

Vulnerable users are treating chatbots like therapists, confidants, even soulmates. Some are withdrawing from real relationships, spiralling into delusion, or being pushed toward self-harm. But millions also turn to AI because human support is slow, scarce, or judgmental.

Join us May 13 for a candid conversation on the risks, the real potential, and the urgent choices ahead: What is AI psychosis? How do we deploy chatbots ethically? Who decides when a tool becomes a liability?

Mental health leaders, social innovators, frontline workers, and curious everyday folks: this is for you.

Audit & Feedback (A&F) and Patient-Reported Experience and Outcome Measures (PREMs/PROMs).

This event is presented by the Audit & Feedback Metalab

This session is part of an ongoing webinar series designed to bring together researchers and health system partners to review evidence, share real-world Canadian examples, and collaboratively identify future research and implementation priorities.

# Webinar Overview

Patient-reported experience and outcome measures (PREMs/PROMs) are increasingly recognized as essential tools for understanding and improving the quality and equity of care. When integrated into audit and feedback approaches, these measures have the potential to support more patient-centred, data-informed decision-making.

In this interactive, 60-minute webinar, Dr. Noah Ivers will open with relevant findings from the literature on Audit and Feedback. Dr. Sabrina Wong and Dr. Nathaniel Hawkins will then share perspectives and experience related to the use of PREMs/PROMs within audit and feedback, including considerations for advancing equity in practice and policy contexts. The webinar will conclude with a facilitated discussion focused on identifying opportunities to strengthen the use of PREMs/PROMs in audit and feedback, addressing equity considerations, and co-developing priorities for future research and practice.
