This event is presented by the Audit & Feedback Metalab
This session is part of an ongoing webinar series designed to bring together researchers and health system partners to review evidence, share real-world Canadian examples, and collaboratively identify future research and implementation priorities.
# Webinar Overview
Patient-reported experience and outcome measures (PREMs/PROMs) are increasingly recognized as essential tools for understanding and improving the quality and equity of care. When integrated into audit and feedback approaches, these measures have the potential to support more patient-centred, data-informed decision-making.
In this interactive, 60-minute webinar, Dr. Noah Ivers will open with relevant findings from the literature on Audit and Feedback. Dr. Sabrina Wong and Dr. Nathaniel Hawkins will then share perspectives and experience related to the use of PREMs/PROMs within audit and feedback, including considerations for advancing equity in practice and policy contexts. The webinar will conclude with a facilitated discussion focused on identifying opportunities to strengthen the use of PREMs/PROMs in audit and feedback, addressing equity considerations, and co-developing priorities for future research and practice.
