Health care teams and community members who provide care to people with sickle cell disease (SCD) are invited to join this learning session webinar. This session will bring together health care professionals from across Ontario to explore practical approaches, data resources, and tools that support high-quality sickle cell disease care.

This session will focus on the Sickle Cell Disease e-report, Evidence2Practice, and introduce a Sickle Cell Disease catchment area tool.
