This webinar is presented by the National Collaborating Centre for Determinants of Health (NCCDH)
he NCCDH’s fourth environmental scan explores the current experiences and actions of the Canadian public health community to address the structural determinants of health. In conducting this scan, the NCCDH learned that conversations about what drives health and health equity have evolved to include histories of oppression, power relationships, and links between human and planetary health. This environmental scan report identifies critical knowledge and skills gaps and makes concrete recommendations for the public health community to take action on the structural determinants of health.
