This webinar is presented by the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) and the IFIC Actioning Person-Centred Care Special Interest Group series.

This webinar will explore the challenges of putting person-centred care into practice when patient and carer perspectives are not always heard, believed or acted on.

Through an interactive panel, speakers will examine issues of trust, credibility and power dynamics within health and care, drawing on lived and living experience alongside practical strategies for change.

Hosted by IFIC and the Actioning Person Centred Care Special Interest Group (APCC-SIG), the webinar is co-designed with patient, carer and community partners, researchers and health and care professionals. It is free to attend and aims to support dialogue, reflection and shared learning on creating systems that listen and act on lived experience.
