The recently retired CAO for the City of New Westminster, Lisa Spitale is a Registered Professional Planner with close to 40 years of experience. Lisa led the team that created the Crises Response Pilot Project and provided leadership to Mayor and Council and senior management to ensure strategic alignment.
# John Stark | Manager of Social Planning, City of New Westminster
John Stark is the Manager of Social Planning for the City of New Westminster. He is responsible for coordinating a number of social planning related areas, including homelessness, mental health and substance use., and was instrumental in forming the City’s Crises Response Pilot Project.
