Chronic Pain & Opioid Stewardship

There are over 100 liver diseases. Over 7 million Canadians have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and over half a million Canadians suffer from chronic viral hepatitis. 

Learn how to diagnose and manage your Liver patients through interactive online medical education. ECHO (link is external)is a, free peer-supported online learning program for health care providers that combines didactic lectures with case discussions involving real, de-identified patients. 

Sessions take place from 12:20-2:00 pm on Thursdays through December 10 (see schedule below)

Registrants are encouraged to participate by: 

• Attending as many ECHO sessions as you are able to.
• Presenting at least 1 case through our short case form template
• Completing 2 questionnaires

Credits for Family Medicine Specialists: 

This Certified Activity meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Queen's University CPD Team for up to 60 Mainpro+ credits. Session ID: 302652-001
