About ColourSpectrums®
# Understanding Yourself and Working Better Together
ColourSpectrums® is an engaging personality and human dynamics framework that helps individuals better understand and appreciate their unique combination of strengths, priorities, motivations, and challenges. By exploring our own ColourSpectrum and learning to recognize and value the unique characteristics of others, we can strengthen communication, build more effective relationships, and create more collaborative teams.
This interactive workshop celebrates diversity in thinking and working styles while fostering greater self-awareness, empathy, and mutual respect. Participants will build self-esteem by exploring and celebrating what makes them unique, while gaining practical strategies for working more effectively with colleagues, volunteers, clients, and community members.
Throughout the day, participants will engage in:
- Guided self-reflection activities
- Interactive group discussions
- Fun, hands-on exercises that encourage insight, humour, and self-discovery
- Opportunities to network and connect with peers
- Practical team-building activities that enhance communication and collaboration
In the afternoon, participants will apply their learning by using the ColourSpectrums framework to explore collaborative problem-solving and solution-finding in real-world scenarios.
Facilitator: Kimberly Cook, Certified ColourSpectrums® Facilitator. Kimberly is generously donating her facilitation time at no charge.
