Researchers at University Health Network (UHN) are are looking for people who:

- Have not had major dental treatment in the past 4 weeks (e.g., tooth extraction, a root canal, gum surgery, dental implants)
What's involved?
- This is a one-time, anonymous, online survey.
- It will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
