For this lunch 'n' learn webinar, held on June 22, 2023, we convened a panel of experts in primary health care quality and virtual care delivery from the Alliance for Healthier Communities, Healthcare Excellence Canada, Canada Health Infoway, and Ontario Health. This guide is for people who are involved in developing and submitting a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) for their organization.
