This day will be a mix of plenary and concurrent sessions focusing on data and how it is being used. We will be trying a new format this year that includes a ‘World Café’ that allows participants to join multiple tables to hear and discuss different items of interest. This is an opportunity for you to network with your colleagues from across the province.
Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) capture data about how clients perceive their health and wellbeing. These tools empower patients to be partners in their care and help us understand whether an intervention is helping a client reach their health goals.

They told us what knowledge and resources they wished they had in place when they first got started, and what lessons they've learned along the way. As your team works through these lessons, they'll learn practical tips and tools for creating unique programs tailored to your workplace, clients, and community.
Artificial intelligence (AI) and related decision-support tools show remarkable potential for turning vast health care datasets into usable knowledge. This, in turn, can foster new ways of collaborating and inform how we plan and tailor comprehensive care for the clients and communities we serve.

TAKE'N5 offers sector-specific education and self-help strategies, combined with a peer support guide. The program helps employees support peers who are struggling with the effects of critical or traumatic incident exposure.
