Building a Social Prescribing Pathway Activity


Working through a scenario & set of resources provided to build an equity-focused social prescribing pathway together. A small group activity working at tables of ~ 10 people. Each table has a different scenario & set of resources.





“Flavours of the Mediterranean” – lemon orzo with sweet peppers, grilled chicken skewers with tahini and yogurt, hummus & gluten free pita, salads, & roasted veggies.

Optional:  Zumba with Silvie Anderson


Conversation Tables  


Small table SP conversations based on the priority topics selected at registration. You pick the table you want to join! Everyone will be invited to rotate to a new table at the 20 minute mark or stay at the table they are at if they are enjoying the conversations.
