Join us for the 10th Anniversary Edition of the Privacy Officers' Professional Learning Event which will finally be hosted in-person after 5 years as virtual events.
We are excited to offer participants a full day filled with engaging speakers, knowledge exchange and networking, as well as plenty of learning opportunities.
While speakers are still to be confirmed, so far we have secured Kate Dewhirst from Kate Dewhirst Health Law, as well as an IPC representative (we are aiming to have commissioner Patricia Kosseim herself). The complete list of speakers will be shared at a later date. To properly fuel participants for this eventful day, we have arranged for a hot breakfast and lunch. After all, it is our 10th anniversary edition, we want to treat people accordingly.

REGISTRATION FEES
Alliance Members Early Bird Rate: $250+HST (Valid Until: Sunday August 31, 2025) Regular Rate: $275+HST
Non-Members Regular Rate: $325+HST
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing before September 5, 2025, at 5 PM, and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refund of payment will be given for cancellations received after September 5, 2025, at 5 PM.
Registrants have the option to transfer their registration to another individual, provided that written notification of the transfer is sent to privacy@allianceon.org.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO DISCLAIMER
By attending the event, attendees consent to the filming, photography, and recording of their likeness during the event. Alliance for Healthier Communities reserves the right to use these images and recordings in its communications. If attendees have concerns about their image being used, they should notify event staff during the event.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Alliance has negotiated a group rate for a limited number of hotel rooms at the Crown Plaza Toronto Airport, 33 Carlson Ct, Toronto, M9W6H5.
In order to secure the discounted rate, rooms must be booked by cut-off date: Friday September 12, 2025.
Reminder: The number of discounted rooms are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.
Discounted Room Rate:
$199+Taxes and Fees. Hotel room rates are subject to change and are applicable to local taxes and fees (currently 13% HST and 6% MAT as of April 1st, 2018) in effect at the time of check-out.
Parking Rate: $10.00/day
